When you reserve items for your event, it takes it out of our inventory for others to rent. We also pre-stage your items, schedule routing of our drivers for your day, and have a number of pre-event activities to complete when your reservation is made. There are no refunds for cancellations on the same day of the event. We will issue a rain-check in the amount of the security deposit for cancellations on the day of the event ONLY IF DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER, on the condition that the order has not left the warehouse or already been set up. Rain-check terms and conditions apply. Cancellations for inclement weather are only accepted if the forecast shows 40 degrees or below for that same day or if rain is on the forecast with the probability of 30% chance or more of rain. 

All pricing includes delivery, setup, and pickup of your inflatable(s). We provide our own extension cords for every job.  

The rental period is for all day but not for 24 hours. This is based on availability and us making sure your location is safe for overnight placement.

We provide inflatables all over Colorado as well as service Wyoming, Nebraska and Kansas.  Depending on the event and distance there may be travel expenses, feel free to call our office for a custom quote.

We can set up on nearly any surface. We do have a small fee for anything other than grass so that we can provide a tarp to protect the inflatables and we also provide sand or water barrels to anchor the inflatables.  If you have any questions or are unsure, feel free to call or email.

It depends. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds > 15mph, punctures, the use of any silly string, etc.) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don’t want you, or us, to be in that situation which is why we have you read, agree and sign the safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.  

Each inflatable unit takes at least one standard power outlet and some units require more.  This will be shown on your contract.  If power isn’t available we can provide a generator for a small fee.  Unfortunately, due to insurance and liability reasons, we can’t use someone else’s generators.

Sanitation is something we take very seriously. All of our inflatables are thoroughly cleaned (vacuumed, power washed, and sanitized) and inspected after each use.

At the moment we are NOT taking park reservations.
